Shopify products come with a 1-year warranty. Shops with the POS Pro Subscription receive an extended 2-year warranty.
Shopify Products
This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning or natural disasters.

If your product is still under warranty, please contact the Shopify Support Team and have your order number or email address tied to the order. The warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning or natural disasters.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
