Missing Chip & Swipe Order


If your order’s shipping status is showing as delivered but you still haven't received your order, the following steps may help you locate your package.

  1. Verify that the shipping information information tied to your order is correct.
  2. Some hardware, such as the Chip and Swipe reader, come in lighter than expected packaging making them easy to overlook. Check all of your incoming mail for your order.
  3. If you share a residence, make sure another resident hasn’t accepted the delivery.
  4. Check with neighbors, doormen, or any other person who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.

If you still haven’t found or received your order, please submit a lost order form to have your order replaced.
